Meet the team
Luke Doescher is working as Rep. Dickson’s legislative aide this year. This is his second session working at the Capitol. Outside of the Capitol, he loves hiking and running, in addition to working on campaigns in local elections.
Ava Easley is currently working as a legislative intern before starting college in the fall as a Finance major at Indiana University-Bloomington. Outside of the Capitol, she works as an intern at a tax firm. She is excited to learn more about carbon bills this session.
Bemnet Tefera is a senior studying Sociology and Political Science at CSU. Outside of the Capitol, she works as a Career Education Specialist at CSU as well as a Leadership mentor for undergraduate students. As a legislative intern, she is excited to learn about housing centered bills this session.
Natalia Goncharova is a senior studying Political Science at CSU. Outside of the Capitol, she works doing undergraduate research on indoor air quality. As a policy research intern, she is looking forward to tracking environmental bills this session.
